



In the centre of the heavily textured matte 18ct yellow gold ring is an old mine cut diamond set in a polished platinum rubover setting.
The diamond has an estimated weight of 1.14ct and estimated H colour and estimated VS clarity
On either side of the central diamond is a pear shaped Burmese ruby set in a partial 18ct yellow gold rubover setting around the curved section of the ruby and a claw at its point.
Both rubies are certified by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory as natural and Burmese with evidence of heat treatment.
One ruby has a certified weight of 0.89ct and the other a certified weight of 0.75ct.
The ring is hallmarked by the London Assay Office for 18ct gold, 2021 and bears the sponsor's mark ‘A&SP’ for Alan & Sue Poultney.
The word 'Scarab' and the Jewels by Scarab winged beetle logo have been laser-engraved into the matte finish inner shank.
